Founded in Westminster, California, USA in 1961, the PREMIER name and production moved to Italy in 1987.

The new company PREMIER HELMETS, S.r.l began this new production with determination and great innovative spirit, undergoing the continuous changes that have led the company to occupy its present position among the leaders of high quality motorcycle helmets.
